What is HCG 5000IU?

HCG  (5,000 IU bottle)

HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) is a polypeptide hormone that is commonly used therapeutically as an effective contraceptive aid for both men and women. Exogenous HCG administration mimics Luteinizing Hormone (LH), which like Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH), is one of the primary gonadotropin hormones that stimulates contraception for women, and natural testosterone production in men. Regarding performance enhancement, HCG 5000 IU is used by steroid users both on-cycle and post-cycle (as part of a Hormone Replacement Therapy protocol) to stimulate natural testosterone production for men. HCG is an essential part of most PCT protocols, and is also supplemented with on-cycle, moreso for the superficial purpose of keeping the testes full, and helping stimulate the production of natural testosterone that would otherwise be suppressed by exogenous anabolic-androgenic steroid (AAS) use. All peptides require reconstitution by administering Bacteriostatic Water into the bottle prior to use.

When it comes to male performance enhancement, HCG is commonly used to kickstart a Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) protocol, followed by a second Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM) phase. Possible Dosage & Cycle Length:

• PCT protocol:

1. A) 5,000-10,000 IU split evenly daily, or every other day, for 10 days after all steroids/SARMs have been cleared from the body

• Three days after cessation of oral steroids or SARMs
• One week after cessation of short ester steroids
• Two to three weeks after cessation of long ester steroids

1. B) Clomid and/or Nolvadex will be used after HCG, as needed for an additional 4-6 weeks.

• On-cycle protocol: 250 IU/week
• HRT/low testosterone protocol: 500-1,000 IU three times per week for 3-4 weeks followed by 500-1,000 IU twice per week ongoing

The HCG or Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin is present in high levels during the early days of pregnancy. In fact, this hormone is used as a marker during home pregnancy tests. HCG is a protein-based hormone that the body produces during pregnancy. It maintains the production of important reproductive hormones like progesterone to support the healthy growth of the uterus and the foetus.

 

A British doctor also proposed the usage of human chorionic gonadotrophin for weight loss diets and named them as HCG diets. His diets mainly composed of two components :

• An ultra-low-calorie diet of around 500 calories per day
• HCG hormone injections

Proponents of this HCG diet claim that HCG causes only fat loss and no muscle loss. They also claim that it elevates other hormones, boosts metabolism, and leads to a growth-promoting (anabolic) state.

This medication is also used in young adults (before puberty) to promote the normal dropping of the testicles into the scrotum. It is also used to normalize sexually development in young adults.

In Female infertility

HCG 5000IU injection comprises the HCG hormone (Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin) that promotes the normal development of an egg in a woman’s ovary (the female reproductive organ where the eggs are produced) and stimulates the release of the egg from the ovary, during a process called the ovulation. This greatly increases the chances of successful pregnancy in women, thereby treating infertility.

Some women have fertility issues as their body finds it difficult to produce LH (Luteinizing Hormone). Since LH stimulates ovulation and ovulation is necessary for pregnancy, human chorionic gonadotrophin comes to the rescue.

In Male Hypogonadism

Male hypogonadism is a medical condition in which the male body does not produce enough of the hormone that plays a major key role in the growth and development of various masculine organs during puberty (testosterone) or it does not produce enough sperm or both. This also causes the failure of producing sex hormones needed for fertility.

The administration of the HCG injection supports the body in the production of enough testosterone and also promotes sperm production in males. This highly aids in the treatment of hypogonadism and hence infertility in males.

Chemical Composition

When reconstituted, each 10ml vial contains :

• Ingredient: Chorionic Gonadotropin Composition 5,000 USP Units
• Ingredient: Monobasic sodium phosphate Composition: 5 mg
• Ingredient: Dibasic sodium phosphate Composition: 4.4 mg
• Ingredient: Sodium Chloride Composition: 0.56 %
• Ingredient: Benzyl chloride Composition: 0.9%

Directions for Reconstitution

Take out sterile air from the lyophilized multiple-dose vial and inject it into the diluent vial. Now, draw 1-10 mL from the diluent and add it to the lyophilized vial. Remember to let the liquid flow down the side of the bottle and never shake the bottle to reconstitute as these are very fragile peptide hormones.

RECONSTITUTED SOLUTION IS STABLE FOR 60 DAYS WHEN REFRIGERATED.

Storage

The vials of the package are to be stored at room temperature away from direct light and moisture. If the mixture is reconstituted, store it in the refrigerator. The mixed medication must be used within one or two months, depending upon the type of product. Check the package for a more accurate storage time of your product. Always keep the medication away from kids and pets.
